At the end of the course, you'll validate your expertise through an in-depth skills assessment and an individual applied project, earning your globally accredited certification as an APQC Certified Knowledge Transfer Specialist and demonstrating your ability to design and implement sustainable knowledge transfer programs that preserve critical knowledge, strengthen workforce continuity, and improve organizational performance.

Certification Criteria:

1. Submit a project proposal
2. Attend all 3 days from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
3. Participate in team/group activities
4. Submit final project work plan
5. Pass an end-of-course assessment with 70% or higher
